Wölfel and Micromega Dynamics SA, Fernelmont, Belgium are pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance of both companies.  The alliance is based on a significant participation of Wölfel Beratende Ingenieure GmbH + Co. KG in the capital of Micromega Dynamics SA, confirmed on April 09, 2009.

Future cooperation of Wölfel, an established engineering services and systems enterprise, and Micromega, a young company focusing on active vibration control and measurement systems for human vibration, will concentrate especially on the development and application of active systems. Our SME and industrial clients will benefi t from the combined expertise of both companies, covering the complete bandwidth of services and products related to structural dynamics and vibrations: comprehensive experimental vibration diagnosis, demanding computer simulations and realization of state-of-the-art, simple and inexpensive solutions for vibration tasks, especially using standard or customized Active Damping Devices (ADDs).

The cooperation of Wölfel and Micromega aims at European leadership as a full service supplier of engineering services and solutions related to structural dynamics and vibrations.
