AVR-Development: Step by Step to High-Tech Solutions
Generally, the proceeding with AVR-development projects covers 5 phases:
- Feasibility Study: Based on simulation the effect of the AVR-actuator system is quantified. Thus it is already possible to assess whether or not the targeted effect can be achieved. At the same time requirements on the actuator system can be specified.
- Optimization of Concept: The optimization of the parameters as to construction and actuator system makes the maximum AVR efficiency.
- Design of Feedback Control System: Taking the passive behavior of the machine into consideration we design the best suited feedback control system by virtual prototyping and simulation.
- Realization in Prototype Manufacture: The AVR-components are constructed, manufactured and taken into operation at the machine. Further optimization steps are carried out by means of our Rapid Prototyping system during the setup.
- Development for the Volume Production: The optimized prototype is now translated into a design suited for volume production. Here the question is to optimize cost by maintaining the effect.
