In general, active systems can be used for high-precision excitation of structures to vibrations and for the specific reduction of structural vibrations. In comparison to passive systems their advantage is that they are equipped with an intelligent control mechanism by means of which they can flexibly react to changes in vibrations and adjust the load induced.

As a first active system we have developed ADD.Pipe^®, additional systems are still in the planning and design phase.
