If you expect vibration-related problems with the new or further development of production and processing machines, we will make sure that these problems can be controlled already in the design phase. For this, we apply our competence in simulation and dynamics to your development process:

Vibration reduction at existing machines

When it comes to existing machines, which are already in operation, there are usually far fewer possibilities to reduce unwanted vibrations. Therefore, it is necessary to find and implement the best possible solution in a short time without costly trial-and-error processes.

It is the same procedure as explained above: First your machine is displayed (CAD based) as a dynamic finite element model, which is then specifically used for testing and optimizing solutions by virtual prototyping. In this way, we develop concepts for stiffening and detuning, placement of dampers or for passive or active vibration absorbers.

Then the efficiency of the different concepts can be compared to the effort expected for the realization. Thus you have a sound and well-founded basis for decision-making.
