Wölfel is pleased to invite you to a three-day SASSI training course held in Höchberg, Germany. The training will be conducted by Dr. Farhang Ostadan, one of the authors of SASSI.
We will offer the training course from 24 - 26 April 2017.
The training includes basic theory of SASSI2010 formulation and the analytical models used to obtain solutions in a stepwise manner with emphasis on SASSI application to various types of problems covering nuclear structures, tunnels and stations, offshore structures involving seismic and/or impact loading. Details of wave propagation, wave fields, incoherency analysis, selection of soil profiles and cut-off frequency and post-processing of the results will be presented and discussed.
In addition, the new features of the upcoming version of SASSI2015 will be presented.
This will be an excellent opportunity for new SASSI users to become familiar with the program and for experienced SASSI users to ask questions on SASSI modeling.
