However, wherever something flows, be it air, liquids or heat, it also requires a sophisticated fluid dynamic analysis and calculation, for example by means of a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.
In order to offer our customers comprehensive simulation expertise from a single source, we have joined forces with engineering colleagues of our partner HTCO.
The engineers at HTCO are specialists for "flowing perfection" and have been driving the topic of flow simulation for more than 30 years. This makes them pioneers in the German-speaking region. Combined with Wölfel's simulation experience in structural dynamics, this results in resilient design solutions for the customer – without the need for constant tests with real prototypes.
As a well-coordinated team, HTCO and Wölfel deliver sophisticated simulation results (FEM + CFD) and derive hand-in-hand resilient design solutions – saving you a lot of time in service provider handling.
When you combine the data and simulations from both approaches, you get highly realistic simulation results – and ultimately know what stresses plant components, machines and other structures really have to withstand when flows act on them.
