The so-called “Wölfel retirement” becomes the new standard and a fixed term for all Wölfel employees. Retirees can support or advise Wölfel on projects and continue to contribute their knowledge and experience to the team to an extent of their choice.

2009

Participation in Micromega Dynamics SA (joint venture)

2014

Foundation of Wölfel Wind Systems GmbH

2014

Opening of the branch office in Hamburg – Wölfel on the 4th floor with a great view

2016

Renaming from Wölfel Beratende Ingenieure to Wölfel Engineering

Renaming from Wölfel Meßsysteme · Software to Wölfel Monitoring Systems

2018

More than 100 employees work as qualified partners of SMEs and industrial customers

2018

Opening of the branch office in Ulm – Wölfel on the 2nd floor

2019

Under the umbrella of Wölfel Holding, the different divisions strengthen their joint positioning to be ready for the future

2021

The Wölfel Group is celebrating its 50th anniversary with around 120 employees. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their tireless commitment – and of course all our customers for the cooperation, some of which has lasted for years.

2022

Opening of the branch office in Leipzig – Wölfel on the 4th floor

2023

Foundation of dBEL GmbH + Co KG

OUR COMPANY FOUNDER

Based on his university work and research at the TU Darmstadt, Professor Horst Peter Wölfel founded the company Wölfel Beratende Ingenieure in 1971. From the very beginning, he was deeply convinced of the joint creative power of a wide range of skills and the importance of collaboration in his company.
